There are so many things they don't tell you about having a baby. You know that it's not all rainbows and sunshine but you never really expect just how much motherhood is dirty and gritty and raw... but oh so beautiful and worth every sleepless night, all the stretchmarks, aches, pains and tears. You can feel the beauty in it while holding your baby in the wee hours of the morning while feeding, watching them fall asleep in your arms and even though you are exhausted you still want to hold them just that little bit longer, to soak it all in because we know that they don't stay this little for long.
Family is so important and the welcoming of a new little bundle into your home can be a chaotic time especially if you have other littles excited to meet their sibling! It's all about embracing what comes next in the new chapter of your life and savoring those little and big moments for years to come.
